Muscle Warehouse is located in Texas. It was started in 1996 due to the fact that most supplement stores were selling their products at prices that would choke even the richest man in the world! Muscle Warehouse started to cater to those who wanted the same supplements they could purchase at that store in the mall (you know the G store I am talking about!) but pay much less. Plus, you never have to leave your house to order. It will arrive at your door and you never have to fight traffic! Plus you can get more than what is offered at other health stores.

If for some reason you do not receive the products that you want or just do not want them, send them back for a complete refund. All we ask is that you pay to have them sent back. The products must be unopened, sealed, and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. You must contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER or we will not credit your account. Without this number please do not send products back. We had to start doing this because people were taking advantage of the system. The original invoice must also be included. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

If you do not find what you are looking for in the on-line mall, please feel free to email, fax (940-483-1702), mail or call us (1-888-588-8838 or 940-243-9039. We have access to hundreds of products that we did not have the space to put in our mall. Write and see if we have the product you are looking for. Plus, you are assured you will get extra low prices.

Starting in 1998 we finally realized that we needed to change how we were doing business. Our customer base grew beyond our wildest imagination. After a month of moving and setting up we are now in our new facility. We are located in Denton, Texas right off of I-35 and Teasley Lane. We would love for you to stop by and check us out, 721 I35E South Suite #145, Denton, Texas 76205. We offer the same cheap prices as the internet site offers and believe me we are already making other stores mad! Even though we are open now, our Grand Opening will be October 10th, 1998. We will have rep's from some of our major brands who will be able to answer any of your questions plus for those of you familiar with Dallas Radio, 94.5 The Edge will be there to celebrate with us.

We are still listening to all of your comments and are in the process of creating a new and long awaited web site. We will be adding an online shopping cart, search features, discriptions of the products, a Trainers corner, and much much more. We anticipate the site to be done around the end of November, 1998. We will keep you posted on its progress.

We know in the past shipping has taken longer than we have liked. We have addressed this issue in building our new site and are ready for your orders. Please keep your comments coming in. We do listen to our customers. Muscle Warehouse is focused on low prices and customer service. This is how we are different than ANY of the other stores.
